The Holy See is a independent landlocked nation bordering only Italy, it was created with the Lateran treaty. It is known for being the smallest nation in the world. The Holy See is ruled by the Pope.

The Holy See has no military at the start of the game, It does however have the potential to field up to 30 infantry men if the player produces them. The Holy See can order Italian designs because it starts out allied with Italy.

The Vatican is the richest nation in the game, it is however, tiny (less then one km big).

- If the Holy See player would like to expand, its possible to raise a army and attack other nations with access through Italy, however Italy might leave the alliance thus getting your units stuck
- It is possible to click on the Holy See, but hard. If you are playing as the Holy See it is easier to just use the home button on the lower right hand corner.
